A 63 years male with epigastic burning pain.

GE reflux in Tredlenburg position.

GE reflux with secondary crico-pharyngeal muscle spasm.

Prasad Salunkhe: I completed my MBBS from KIMS ,Karad in 2003 and then did DNB in radiology from Pushpagiri medical college,Thiruvalla,Kerala . Presenty I am working as a Radiologist in Poona Hospital,Pune.
